Capitol Steel Structures proudly announces the completion of its work on the new North American headquarters and distribution center for FARMASI, a global cosmetics company based in Turkey. Located at 10751 N.W. 25th Street in Doral, Florida, this 80,000-square-foot industrial facility now stands as a modern centerpiece of FARMASI’s North American operations.
Designed by Carlos Diaz Architecture of Miami, the new building occupies a 3.72-acre property and is characterized by its sleek industrial design, contemporary features, and high functionality. Capitol Steel Structures played a crucial role in bringing this vision to life, completing the entire structural steel framework, as well as all railings and staircases throughout the facility.
This marks a significant milestone in FARMASI’s expansion in the United States. The building serves as both a corporate headquarters and a distribution hub, positioning the company to grow its operations and logistics capabilities across the continent. FARMASI has stated that it plans to hire hundreds of employees at the Doral site, further contributing to the local economy and employment landscape.
“We’re proud to have delivered high-quality structural steel work that supports such an important project,” said Capitol Steel Structures CEO Ruben Diaz. “This industrial building reflects our commitment to craftsmanship and collaboration on innovative commercial spaces.”
The Doral facility is now fully operational, with FARMASI already leveraging the space for its business operations. Looking ahead, the company also has plans to build a fully automated distribution center in Sweetwater, signaling even more investment in South Florida and continued partnership opportunities for construction leaders like Capitol Steel.
With this project, Capitol Steel Structures cements its reputation as a go-to partner for large-scale commercial and industrial construction projects across the Southeast.
