Steel construction and Erection project in South Miami near Sunset Place mall.  This project presented an unique challenge due to the geometry design of the building. Differently sized joist, inclined HSS columns @ the perimeters, custom fabricated inclined steel wall, and special cantilever sections were a portion of the challenges included in this project.

For this project, Capitol Steel has been awarded the Associated Builders and Contractors, Florida East Coast Chapter Excellence in Construction (EIC) Award.

Hilton Garden Inn

New Build-out of hotel consisting of New roof framing and steel structure. And miscellaneous rails, stairs and guardrails.

North Beach

New Steel structure for senior center buildout. Heavy duty steel beams, columns and channels. All steel fabrication, and erection by Capitol Steel.

KEY WEST CITY HALL 

Conversion of existing building into new city hall in Key West. Work consisting of Steel framing of 2nd and 3rd floors with columns, channels, I-Beams and metal decking. New bar joist system with metal decking to match existing joist with custom pitch. New solar structure for parking garage.
